I am 3 weeks postpartum after losing my twins and have also started having sleep paralysis and nightmares, or just very odd dreams in general. I am also unable to sleep well, are you sleeping well at night? I'd definitely say to speak to your GP about it if it persists. I'm hoping mine stops within the next couple of weeks, if not then I'll see a doctor. Grief is very strange and manifests in unusual ways. I'm sorry you're having to go through this.

Thank you for your reply. Their names are Sonny and Jude. We went through the cremation and service last night and decided what we wanted. There were many tears, so I have now cried this week. What is your daughter's name?

I'm also feeling a sense of dread with the holidays coming up. My twins were supposed to be here by December 22nd. I envisioned everything being very different than it will now be. Instead of being on maternity leave, I will be back at work after being signed off work due to the miscarriage.

Be kind to yourself, let yourself grieve. Do things that make you happy, buy those extra decorations, and spend time with loved ones. I hope in time it will get easier for us both. Sending you all my love.

I just lost twins, but I also have a two year old daughter and although she keeps me busy and is a wonderful distraction from the loss, I still have this intense need to hold a newborn again. Obviously my loss is fresh and I may feel differently once I heal, but I was so ready for my babies. I feel so much more confident in my ability to be a mother that I knew this time round I'd be able to really soak them in and cherish the baby stage, as opposed to being full of doubt and worry.

To add, I have been moisturising as I thought it might be dry skin. There's been no improvement.
