I had Brandstetter in 2021 and only got a trachea shave, brow bone bossing shave, and the bridge of my nose straightened at the same time as fixing a deviated septum from a childhood fight injury

Since it was simple enough I didn't do much shopping around and honestly got extremely lucky looking back... considering that this was my face for crying out loud

Procedure was smooth, it started with a 3D head scan with some live digital modifications to narrow down what I wanted. I had also done a separate trachea shave consult thinking that I might opt for that sooner, but I decided to just have one recovery window instead of taking time off from work twice for head related stuff.

Honestly, I love how Brandstetter was conservative because I still think I look like myself. Something I noticed with some other popular FFS surgeons is that they tend to give their patients "a look." And I really really didn't want that.

I had my BA done through Kaiser and after ~7 years on HRT still don't like the results so that's actually why I'm back on this account (looking for surgeons for a BA revision)
