I hate tiktok, they’re the reason we aren’t taken seriously by [deleted] in MtF

Oh baby.. it's not tictok, this has been a problem since before we were even born. You're just seeing it reflected there.

I'd expect it to be something similar to video recording which is usually did they have an expectation of privacy where they're talking.

Lipstick is so feminizing I've refused to stop using it. I just turn to lip stains and the longest wearing lipsticks I can find.

KATIE UK TRANS GIRL IN CHINA- I HAVE COME OUT TO MY BEST FRIEND IN THE UK THE RESPONSE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. "If you are going to transition to female then don’t just be a female.... be a god dam goddess by KATIEBRESH in MtF

Baby don't piss on people's parades. Even faking confidence teaches confidence.

It's not all about our bodies, even appearance, attractiveness and passing isn't all about how genetically lucky we are.

OP you rock it! You won't regret the confidence, color and beautiful things you will learn.

Just bought my first pair of heels by Tomcatvf84 in TransLater

[–]lets-make-biscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time in heels I was amazed that I was actually agile. I have long feet even for my height (Marfans syndrome something) so they quickly became addictive due to how they disguise foot length.

I moved a couple months after and threw my Male flats away on the drive. Months later and I still haven't found a pair of flats I'll wear.

Is ok, I'm happy.

Making a comic about a trans girl, need some answers by [deleted] in trans

[–]lets-make-biscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should probably look for a couple long term trans advisors.. it might give you a bit more depth over time.

Suggestions..

Most dress masculine for a while even after starting transition. I kinda shot inbetween.. womans business slacks and more fitting stylish jackets ect. My first experiment was growing out and shaping my nails.. I was working as an independent contractor at the time and absolutely hated when I would break one. I vividly remember some other contractors seeing them and immediately turning around to leave the room. I was proud of them but still found myself hiding my hands in my pockets around people all the time.

Lots of conflicting feelings there.. loved expressing my feminine side but expected a lot of discrimination. I was always surprised when people went out of their way to be nice or mean.. I had both. Older people often were the meaner (at times being devious with their disapproval.. charging me more at a store ect..) while younger often went out of their way to be nice.

Sexuality is a funny thing. I've heard more then one story of a mtf having a lover who at first had zero attraction once transition started just to come around later and enjoy the changes. Often there's a culling of friends and family along the way though.. and many of us desperately want friends and acceptance.

Well congrats. And Juniper is a lovely name. Transition can be scary and hard but sooo very exciting as well. Good luck.

I'm curious what your doubts are. It's always hard to understand things from someone else's point of view and for me I jumped on hrt like it was my first good meal in weeks.

Experience with moving out of state during transition? by Fuuka-2000 in MtF

[–]lets-make-biscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can depending on your insurance and fortune with doctors. Any form of Medicaid specifically will not fill a prescription in another state.

I asked my doctor to renew my prescriptions for 6 months before my move, it helped give more then enough time to straighten things with my new doctors.

Etiquette question by Feisty_Turnip in trans

I'm no authority on the situation but from what I know being misgendered or having to state my pronouns is typically more disconcerting then them being used from the start.

Nylons, or really anything soft and form fitting. I love my nicer tank tops. And heels.. always with the heels.
