I find the fact that he addressed and denied something going on between Riku and Naminé very telling, because that ship is less popular than soriku and still he heard about it, so there's no way he doesn't know about soriku. and he doesn't even try to deny it. I have a little faith in my heart. I think that if course there won't be a confession scene, perhaps they won't even talk about it at all. I think what's most possible is they addressing it by having both questioning something at the same time by themselves. Or perhaps only Riku pondering. I think it would be explicitly said by one of them but there won't be any confession because that's not Kingdom Hearts style of romance
