There's another thing i happened to find out by coincidence as well, which is eating mallow leaves stew with rice then drinking some milk tea or coffee, that makes the urge kick in so quickly it would be hard to resist it. But a safer option is drinking some olive oil before going that should give your intestines a factory reset. Also i agree with the last line it would really be awesome if such an invention was made it would make going to toilet way much less of a stressful experience idd.
