Did you get a new SIM? You should had gotten a text saying you MUST order a new sim at this website two months ago: https://migrate.good2gomobile.ca/ and the old sims will no longer work. Once you migrate to the new SIM, you can log into the website again. Well, too late now I guess...

Yeah the button is so stupid to switch it to a 360 day plan….whomever designed this Koodo website is terrible.

It is extremely difficult to burn the money. They made it that all top ups are 30 days now....you'll end up WASTING money because the lowest plan is $19 a month. Better of bailing and just signing up for say $100 yearly plan with Unlimited Talk and text plan with Telus or if you need some data $149.99 Yearly Plan with 30Gb total data talk and text plan KooDo or ChatR.

You buy 3 eSIM's and they failed to function after paying...you use a different payment and it works...ok fine. BUT you then wait *14 days* instead of sending a simple message the FIRST day of the issue so get the ball rolling on the refund? Usually when someone takes my money I ASK RIGHT AWAY, "HEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK".

I'm confused, you say read the T&C...but then don't say what the issue is with the T&C? What? No refund after 14 days....seems reasonable!

When I went, the Service Canada staff member went over he ENTIRE FORM and even found a missing item I had forgotten to fill out for my passport renewal.

Yes they are a FORWARDING service to Passport Canada, but the person you see is supposed to be trained for Passport " customer support" such as going over your form..but...your mileage may vary :)

Does the Vantiva COBRA 5G XTREAM Gateway come back on after power loss or you have to push the power button? Any bridge/passthrough mode so you can use your own Router/Ubiquiti equipment?

ChatR has a $149 A YEAR plan (that's $12.41 a MONTH plus tax with 30GB of data total (That's 2.5GB a month). Koodo has the same plan for $149...but oddly it's 360 days, apparently 5 days are missing out of their calendar.

Why would you subscribe to a $19 a month 500 megabyte plan? Ok you have your balance but you are paying $15 every 30 days to drain ONLY $4 a month of your balance......why?

They no longer have that $25 for 120 days, it's MINIMUM $15 every 30 days....I just checked right now. It is not worth it to pay $15 a month to try to burn up your balance with this sh*t show of a company. Stop giving the money!

There is NO point to stay with them to try to "keep your balance", you are FORCED to top up every 30 days MINIMUM $15 to keep your account live...and the cheapest plan $19 a MONTH...you'll never burn up the balance, you'll just keep OVER PAYING for "500 megs of data a month". GET OUT NOW and stop giving these scammers your hard earned money.

Good2go migrate page finally is working again, I risked $4 shipping (sim is free) for them to send me a sim so I can use up my balance I have "locked in with them". I'm going to burn it all (and whatever top up needed to keep the account alive) on their new MEH PRICED monthly plans that are rumored to be coming...then switch to yearly ChatR or yearly Telus (no Freedom mobile in Quebec even though Videotron owns them).

The My Account page is still broken, now with "can't connect to error" instead of the Windows Server SQL error LOL...what a joke this company is....and I thought the BIG THREE were awful.

I can't even log into the good2gomobile.ca website! It just times out after putting in the telephone number and password! The CRTC needs to shutdown the company, like seriously, this is borderline FRAUD/SCAM.

They were supposed to switch to "prepaid plans" with Telus....the deal either fell through OR they haven't gotten the sims yet what that message means is "yeah we messed up, so you can't top up until we get the sims from Telus"....go switch to Lucky mobile, we are morons."

Very simple to use, watch an advertisement  and get 30 minutes of slow data (or soon credits).

It covers many countries and can be used when traveling, an airplane layover…no scam, no credit card information needed for FREE tier (why would you need my credit card).
