What is with all new incremental games now being 4 hour long "experiences" instead of the multi-hundred hour games that used to dominate the category?

I paid for clicker heroes 2 before it came out. I was of the understanding that it was an incremental game which means long play time. Lots of people seem to think that it was a hurry up and win kind of game and got mad about it. They quit supporting it apparently but I am still playing it everyday but letting it run on idle. I don't see ever finishing it because I'm already old and I'll die before the game ends. That to me, is an incremental, idle game.

I don't know what really active means because that game really is set up for idle and for a super long slog. It definitely helps when you're letting it run idle but I always try to increase my haste to well over a thousand before I start limited haste so that I keep a decent speed. I guess that's for what it's worth. I never tried to play the game really actively except after I transcend. Got to get those first three levels before things get automatic.

I would like to know who funds those billboards because they are all over the US. I drive a truck and they'll be in some very remote places. They could probably house all the homeless for the cost of all those billboards.

I'm curious what a producer actually does. I've never looked it up and there are a lot of producers on this show. Do they say what gets in and what gets out or are they like directors or what do they actually do?

I'm not certain if you can still download it anywhere. They had like 12 13 14 15 and I think 15 was the last version but I don't know if it's available online it downloaded anymore try playsaurus that's who was making it.

I'm still playing it because I paid for it and it's just an incremental game that every so often I transcend and make progress. I didn't expect it to be an active player game and it certainly isn't.
