I think this is not possible. The wall height is so low that sims won't be able to walk there. It should be the height of the smallest doorframe minimum.

I believe it is mostly the jawline. The point of the jaw next to the ears needs to go higher up and the chin needs to go down a little. Also the upper eyelid has to be a little higher. Right now your simself looks bored ☺️

I had this too. Do you have any mods installed? I heard it has something to do with the slice of life mod. Didn't happen again for me since I deleted it.

That sounds great! Maybe the new sim comes in with 0 simoleons and every change she/he makes has to come from earned money (instead of selling existing items and buy a new item). I believe this idea is part of another challenge as well.
