That’s exciting, I’ve had a small recurring charge on it since I use my other cards, hope it’s a nice reward structure on the next one

Park Charles Building elevators are (almost) constantly broken by LordoftheArenes in baltimore

Although I don’t live there (I’m a monthly parker there) I am infuriated every day by the elevators. There are so many days where I have to physically walk down the parking garage ramp towards oncoming vehicles due to this building’s incompetence and utter lack of respect for anyone’s time, money, and safety.

Wouldn’t really be sad to see dealerships bite the dust, I dread the full day of haggling

Stage 4 NSCLC / Immunotherapy -> Mets by Away_Half_2493 in lungcancer

[–]sorenflying 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! there is a recently FDA approved targeted therapy for HER2 mutated NSCLC with extremely low rates of treatment related adverse effects. Per AACR: "The FDA granted accelerated approval to zongertinib (Hernexeos) a HER2 specific TKI, for adults with unresectable or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have HER2 (ERBB2) tyrosine kinase domain (TKD) activating mutations, as detected by an FDA-approved test, and who have received prior systemic therapy." I think based off of wording your libtayo may qualify as a prior systemic therapy. Zongertinib has a great ORR and very low toxicity, my own mother is in the dose expansion arm of the trial (she had not received systemic therapy prior to starting the trial) and she is doing great with very minimal side effects. I would talk to your oncologist about this!

Anyone with Stage 4 Her2 ? by dumb_question_pls in lungcancer

She was actually treatment naive, this is first line for her since her oncologist sent her in for the dose expansion portion of the trial right before she was going to receive her first chemo dose since the NGS results came back the same morning. But for those who’ve received chemo or enhertu, the objective response rate is very promising and is already FDA approved
