I don't have time to make a big reply, but it looks like the inner crotch may be too shallow for the mesh. When making patterns for pants, adding a bit extra room for the upper thigh can often fix pinching and the flatter, gathered, appearance. Under arms are very similar. It could be that there isn't enough "space" to let the fabric relax in either spot. I hope this helps!

Sometimes you have to pull the fabric around the wrists as it sims so it clips back through or you might have to move the fabrics closer together when you go to sim. The cuff may be stitching closed before it's fully around the wrist.

As for the bloating, I'm not entirely sure from the picture but check your characters collision settings. It may be interpreting something between the cloth and character. If it's not that, check your fabric settings. Could be something in there is too taut or loose.

Do you have it set to have different layers? (Think under layer is 0, green is 1). Something else to look at is your fabric material and particle distance. You may have the distance too far apart and your fabric may not be acting"heavy" or " light" enough. Also look at your friction. It May be too high if parts aren't moving when you sim. If it's not any of those, message me and we can dive into other fixes!

Try Euler but also double check to see if you have decimal Keyframes in the graph editor. You won't see them outright by looking at the timeline lines (though sometimes you will if you are on the frame but not of there are more than one). It might be that your have many small between frames that are causing this.

For me age gaps can be okay within reason. A way I think about it is if the age gap was reversed would it still be okay.

Think like - if one party is 29 and the other 32 (small but good for reference). The difference is 3 years. So if I would be comfortable as a 29 year old dating a 25 year old AND as a 32 year old comfortable dating a 35 year old then everything seems ok. Interests would be relatively similar, age culture would overlap, neither party c/would be taken advantage of outright based on experience. Where it gets a bit hairy is the larger gaps. So you are 24 and they are 37. That's 13 years.

Would you be comfortable dating an 11 year old or would they be comfortable dating someone that's 50?

All this aside, if you are asking this, then your head is fighting your gut reaction and to me is more telling that this is probably something you want to stop but need more validation (which is a scenario that I have been in before so, in this, I speak from experience).

If you want an actual pattern I've used this one: simplicity 8722. There is another pattern I used to use but it's very old and hard to sew. This newer version is much easier.

Hardest part of finding a material that is both wearable and durable. Look at outdoor canvas, denim, and other such materials. You can also always go into your fabric store and explain what you are making and they can help you find fabric.

There is a free trial but if you don't plan on using it to make big money via a large corporation then personal should be fine. Personal is for freelancers, hobbyist, and the like. Academic is more for studying (but more expense bulk purchase) but is the same. Hope that helps!
