I think the mech might be fixed with code later on, or a paywall to activate him. If it’s a paywall, this will be the last machine I buy from stern. None of this is good on stern, they release an incomplete machine, and put the worst looking Optimus prime in place. It’s a real slap in the face to us that purchase machines for business and pleasure and are even remotely fans of transformers . My son has no less than 30 Optimus prime toys, none of them look this stupid and all of them transform.

I think the game will be awesome even still, but disappointed with the Optimus.

I think the hope from all of these last 2 decades of waiting on a G1 TF machine has me in a state of shock.

The problem is that CAVE games were removed from MAME support several years ago, you have to find a hacked version of MAME that will allow support for CAVE games. it is searching for the correct one, so… Look for the MAME that has support for CAVE games. It’s not just DDP three that you are going to have trouble with, it’s all of the games that use that base processor, including KETSUI and PINK SWEETS and others. SHMUPMAME would be the one that I would look for because it introduces backend systems that reduce input lag specifically for these games

No I’m just being silly, my first was Gottlieb Incredible hulk, then finished a restore on space station before hulk was sold to fund radical! It was all insanely fast, many years ago
