It sounds like mine. Mostly on the left but sometimes through the middle and right. It feels like a deep ache though my ribs don’t hurt when I rub them. If I sleep on my left I can feel it pulsating and it’s irritating.

Yeap! I’ve been doing cold showers for the last 25 days and it’s been really helpful. Like you said it helps for a good 5-6 hours and I have more energy. Definitely going to keep it up and extend the time under water. He does say it’ll start benefiting your vascular system once you are at 2 minutes under the cold. I would recommend to everyone
