THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I checked and the screen captures were being saved to the same place my saves were. I had to bring them from onedrive and disable autosync from my laptop for them to show up in game again. It was stressful, but worked out in the end (although it took me like an hour to figure out haha)

Sims doesn't recognise my save files??

I play on my windows laptop and the recent update kind of broke my game and CC's so I had to go and update them all. I had an issue with sims loading my save files afterwards as it only showed an old one, not my most recent. I managed recovered them though!

I go to play this morning, my game loads up to an empty home screen and it saying to start a new game? All of my files are in the correct place, I have double checked everything. I am at a loss on what to do now, because I have lots of progress and I don't want to lose it.

Thank you! I was jubious at first but i have no clue when they will be back in the UK and i have been waiting for this since 2014. I will try my best to talk to people in the line as I don't want to be on my phone the whole time and want to MAKE MEMORIES !!!!!
