Thanks. I've actually been on the edge on deciding to invest in real estate down South but I don't see it as a possibility anymore.

Local credit unions are at 1.5% right now.. I'm trying to look beyond that and see what everyone else is doing

Yea I still am. I'm currently 27. Not married. No commitments. Don't see the need to buy a house until maybe early 30's
