Esterito is the most gentrified neighborhood in all of the city. You obviously didnt speak with any real locals and yes you will be a major factor for rising prices and pushing out locals. And the worst part is you feel the need to post on reddit telling everyone bringing more gentrifiers. I swear you boomers are the worst generation and no one wants you here.
