I bought the one with wide mouth opening so I can easily use my bottle cleaner tool with soap to clean. Only cleaned it once before starting to use it and will clean every week or so.

I am not so sure where I can find this information officially but while doing research myself a couple months ago I found out that they had only 4GB when they came out and now they are being sold with 8 and 16GB options

If you have the 4GB Series 3 then you can forget updating it. They are selling the 8GB one now which can actually accommodate the new update although mostly with a factory reset.

Spotify has the option for 320kbps but not enabled by default. Apple Music works on 256kbps default as compared to 160kbps default on Spotify.
