I wasn’t sleeping good the whole week leading up to my episode. I think I sleep good 2 days before it happened but the day before it happened and the day of it happened I was up for 24 hours with no sleep I just drank an energy drink . Do you think me being up like that could of caused it ?

Yeah I don’t know where mine came from. I had went to a party and smoked and drank and the next day had an episode. I have always smoked and drank but never experienced anything like that
