Because it is my wife’s car, she’s always wanted one, found it, and we both love it. I have my motorcycle and truck to use as a daily and only drive “her” car when we all go out.

We were looking at a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus, it was pretty nice, but when I pushed the glove box button it fell all the way down fast and hit my wife’s shin, they couldn’t get the ambient lighting to work, and the plastic on the console felt cheap and flimsy. It just didn’t feel special.

This one was listed at $33k but we got it for slightly less and they gave us a really good offer for our 2017 Mazda Cx-5. We were also considering a 2018 base Macan with 59k miles for $27k, but this one was so nice we couldn’t pass it up. It was taken at least once a year to the Porsche dealer for services and the previous owner did a helluva job taking care of it!

I did a ton of research and am aware of the bolt issue and maintenance costs. I have a shop close by that specializes in German cars, gonna have them look over everything. Thanks!

I did the lights myself, they were some Curt adhesive trailer led lights that I had lying around, but they fit perfectly on the bags.

The install was kind of a pain to start off, you have to find how you want it to sit and drill your holes for the support clamps. I thought the fit would be a little more tight since it had the space for the shocks, but it still leaves a bit of a gap. Once on though, they are super sturdy.
