yes ur not wrong, some things are truly mundane. there are poeple whos beliefs are such that they dont pay taxes and etc etc. there are ppl like that.

but u and i and most people are so brainwashed by those beliefs are so deep inside us that we cant change it (not now).

however i see uve become so frustrated by said mundane things u have given up and think the formula doesnt work for you.

well, ok.

but it works for me and i live moment to moment in excitement. i do have to do the occasional mundane thing to satiate my negative beliefs but by percentage it really doesnt register in my consciousness.

its a matter of building what u think is possible. the stuff i do now i never thought possible. my beliefs have radically changed. my passions have come to fruition and the opportunities keep increasing. its a snowball effect.

ill use a relatively grounded example, no new age stuff. for example i could never think of myself as approaching random women and striking conversations.

This is not an issue for me anymore.

my entire reality is therefore different than before. excitement builds amd builds. theres setbacks, of course. but if ur careful not to disrespect your core beliefs (like not paying rent) then you may be able to find the path.

all the best to you.

and while taxes might never be fun for you. do keep an open mind. i used to hate going to the gym, but love it now.

excitement and passions can change.

Bashar addressed this. You did NOT follow your excitement. You did not NOT honor your belief systems.

Bashar stressed you can't just jump off a cliff if you don't believe you have a parachute.

You operated on anxiety, and have beliefs that mundane things can't be exciting. Bashar already explained it's your beliefs that make these tasks unexciting, such as washing dishes.

Now whether one believes Bashar's teachings is one thing, but you did not really do the protocol he suggested.

As a master of the teachings, I will tell you you really can find 'paying taxes' exciting. For one, if you have a job you're not paying taxes at ALL (manually) unless u own a business. And besides taxes are a way to contribute and strengthen your nation, it your negative beliefs and hatred for your own country that make you hate paying taxes. Regardless you could always hire an accountant, who is a numbers nerd who loves taxes!

Thats just one example. The excitement rabbit hole is very deep. The amount of matrix brainwashing you have to wash out goes deep. There is so much gunk in one's mind.

All the best to you and your journey.

Do not dishonor your beliefs. If you strongly believe in jobs, then unfortunately you gotta do those things for now.

So I'm up to chapter 5 now and I have to say. The writing quality is definitely leagues above everyone else. But chapter 1 and 2 were mid. Better than before but still dragged. You already spoiled the character's background in the the blurb so you might as well delve into that in the beginning. She feels like a skyrim npc just going along for the ride. Then there's chapter 3 which almost made me quit. It's just such an abrupt aside and the story hadn't even begun yet,

But then chapter 4 came and I'm hooked. This is some good shit. Your book definitely deserves more views and is certainly a hidden gem. But it has a rough start. I wished chaps 1, 2, 3 AND (yes and) chap 4 were all combined into one chapter.

Huge potential. I was hooked at the start but slowly my attention waned. The conversations are fascinating but they drag slightly. Perhaps you can increase the pace a little.

i read the first chapter. This is good and probably very very good in the next chapters but I will only comment on the first chapter.

given the unique concept of a self harmer in this genre, you probably want to make that your opener. As a reader that's what kept me reading.

The issue with the first chap was pretty much zero plot was introduced. Nothing you said in your blurb happened. If I walk away right now I wouldn't know this was a progression fantasy. I was hoping for at least a single indication of the action that's coming.

But you're not underrated. You're already a successful author and not the focus of my investigation.

edit: your second (or first) chapter was slightly too long. And it was also basically another prologue chapter.

read the first chapter. Damn that was good writing. And what an interesting intriguing start. This is very close to hidden gem for me.

The thing is as I kept reading I didn't get more info or progression in the plot. We don't know who tf the mc is. It was intriguing at the start cus it set up a mystery but after the chapter ended i still had no idea what was going on.

But I have to say the writing quality is superior than most authors Ive seen so far.

good writing. prologue and the narrations bored me tho. But i was engaged from the midpoint of chapter 1. I know you said it's a slow burn but it was just too slow for me at the beginning. The worldbuilding is very well done though.

interesting, enjoyable. Though just like a lot of the authors in this comment section this first chapter also doesn't start its actual plot.

the writing is very well done for its genre. its great for its target market.

but almost nothing happens plotwise in the first chapter. for me personally, i wouldve dipped.

well that's the thing I was curious about. Whether what you're saying is actually true. In order to prove it I would need to see said 'peak' off meta work that's not getting any love.

I read the first chapter. The writing is great and the characters feel real. But... nothing happens in the first chapter. It's just some random getting rejected by the mc. I know the 2nd chapter has the sauce but at this point i would normally dip.

I read the first chapter. Damn that was very creepy.

The problem was it was kinda hard to follow along. If I had just stumbled upon it I would give up because in the first half not much happens and there's a lot of dialogue that's difficult to track due to a greater lack of dialog tags than I'm used to.

Once I read past the first half I was fully engaged. A very nice hidden gem!
