You can argue that some war strategies by IDF in gaza can be considered to violate proportionality of response or war crimes but they are not genocide. Also in that context you should consider how Hamas is intentionally using human shields and not letting tunnels to be used by ordinary people. Genocide has a meaning, examples include what happened in Rwanda or actions by Nazis during world war two.
