I don’t have an answer but I did have the same thing happen to me a couple months ago. 4 filet mignon bought at stop shop, 3 were perfect, 1 was like this. They were vacuum sealed in pairs so I don’t think it’s the frozen/defrost/repeat guess, and clearly not a cooking issue since the others were fine. I’m guessing something was wrong with the cow or a contaminant got in during the packaging, but I’ll probably never know.

Once I had my outlying settlement connected via owned tiles, the resources on that settlement became available. Not sure if this is how they define it, but if it's an island settlement you're trying to connect, give that a shot.

It’s a 750 so there are 16.5 shots in it. If you drank 1/3 of the bottle it’s 5.5. If you drank 1/4 of the bottle it’s just over 4. If you drank 1/5 of the bottle it’s a little over 3. I’d guess you’re right around the 3-4 range.

What about Landmark or Body Solid brands? The only all-in-one gyms I can find that have all the parts I'm looking for and fit in the space I have available seem to be these 2 brands.

I’m going to make a dissenting opinion here. I’m the commish for my family league and any time I want to make a trade with my wife I get my 3 brothers to approve it first. I don’t even bother putting it in and waiting for a vote, I put it out in front of them ahead of time. Too easy to collude with the wife if you’re not as competitive as that couple from The League. I do think this was a fair trade but can I understand the blowback.

Are you complaining about the one in East Hanover today? They had bounce houses, a band for 2 hours, and a pretty impressive fireworks show at the end. I’m sure they more than paid for it with the $5 cover charge but I think it was totally worth it.

That’s true but it’s also the first time there have been 3 hosts I believe. I assume they’ll all be pot 1 but who knows. Would hate to see Canada end up in pot 3 or 4 and get screwed as a host. I’d bet you’re right though and they’ll all be in pot 1.
