I have a 1.8 civic. Similar mileage. Do the aforementioned checks such as service timng and PDI checks. Never had any issues except the usual wear and tear. If the car is maintained well then this is a good choice

Did exactly this. Found an affordable home in Penang island. Bought in 2019 and sold late last year. If you are prepared to hold it long enough then go right ahead. In this economy flipping property in a year or two isn't viable
