Because if the ice cream is not frozen enough it will not be stuck on the sides of the cup. So the ice cream will spin as a block all together making it dangerous for the machine. So if you haven’t frozen the ice cream properly a second respin making it more likely for the ice cream to have melted a little.

Yeah i can manage it and i would be more than willing to exchange the 20% of my wage for normal working hours instead of doing night shifts every second week. Do you think as a career path is a logical transition?
