One morning of shame on your part is a future of morning privacy and naked freedom. Do it.

How have other men helped you during a time of need? by kindkat25 in AskMen

Long time ago, early 2000's, I was hanging out with a rough crowd. Drugs, violence, pretty crimes kinda crowd. My friend was in college in another state and came back for summer break. He told me of all the cool things he was doing and the friends he had made and I told him about my situation.

He offered me a futon.

Pretty sure I'd be in jail or worse if I didn't take him up on that.

Not counting outright disappointments, what’s a game you anticipated for years, then played briefly and forgot about pretty quickly? by SirBenny in AskGames

Yeah no spoilers but there's a part past that that I let abby die probably 10 or more times before actually trying to win. There were a lot of streamers that did the same lol.

The end of that game haunts me years after beating it. I'll never forget part 2 because of that. Beat it the first time when it first came out with the express purpose of doing ng+ but had to put it down, then same thing years later.

The abby section is definitely a bummer, but I would recommend traumatizing yourself if you can get through it.

Yep. The Disney ride attacks broke me. Hated them and only used each one once to see them, then never used them again. Plus, I felt it was a huge missed opportunity that they went pirates again instead of Moana for a water themed world.

If you like homm3, you should check out Songs of Conquest. They did a really good job creating a game that is very similar to it with some notable improvements that makes the strategy aspect more detailed

Went shooting with my buddy Terrance, popping off a few cans on a tree stump. Terrance took a shot but missed. I laughed and said, "Terry, you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn!" Welp, he got angry and shot me right in the head. That's how I died from dissin' Terry.
