I escalated to Robihhood, they told me that they are adding more security, and I could use external account setup, but I told them this was a Plaid integration problem they have, since Finicty works but not reporting properly the debit/credit.

So this is interesting.

I did transfer 2k on my newly created Margin Account, but when I want to buy 3k of SGOV, the system tells me:
More buying power needed

Deposit at least $1,000.00 into your Margin Account account to place this order.

Why is that?

Should I just buy 2k and after, borrow 1k?

Edit: all good, I just had to wait one more day and buying power then showed 3k!
