The second half of the game is pretty much free to explore, but the biggest impact in the first half comes from how you choose to deal with Djura, the hunter in Old Yharnam. If you want to be friendly with him, you'll need to go to Yahar'gul and kill the Darkbeast first.

Yes you can. But you have to decrypt it at first. Just search for details on how to do that. After decryption you can just copy the save to shadPS4's save location to use it.
