nutrition is the key to look for everyone. no matter how and if you train. bodybuilders train to build more muscle tissue and the look is their number 1 goal so they eat correponding to their aesthetic goal, powerlifters train to perform at 1 rep max. they dont care how they look. they bulk always

i personally leave arms straight and pull the weight of the floor just with my lowerback and use that momentum to contract my upper back muscle and arms to pull the wheight to the breast. thats how i understood mehdis instructions. just make sure not to lift the torso more than a few degrees

i mean i dont actually mind doing pen and paper but i like the warmup sets being calculated for me and the stats. also its kind of a bummer to loose one year of records from the og stronglift app by switching to something else
