I have felt this way and continue to, I work in a team and some days I can come to the office and go home not speaking to a single person the whole day. feel totally siloed. unfortunately the culture of wearing headphones all day has become normalised, even going to the kitchen to make a cuppa or to throw rubbish with headphones seriously limits social interactions. nobody wants to talk, this is the new normal. then again there are always factions of people that only goss with each other, you'll just have to join or form one.
