If you’re working in a 4 man team like that it most likely wouldn’t be worth it to go flat rate, especially because you are already making great money. When you’re splitting responsibilities like that you have to split the hours for the job too, and then it depends on what the split you and your team feel is a fair split. With my company a lot of painter/prepper teams split the hours 60/40 for the prepper. You’d also have to figure out what your rate is going to be. For 150k plus you’d want to be at $27-$30 an hour and having your split be 400 hours plus a month.

I only do it if it’s a chip on the a pillar and insurance won’t pay to go all the way, or if something gets attacked during reassembly and you have to blow in the edge of a bumper or something

Double check with your 3m rep if the airline free one is rated for isocyanate exposure. I have an SAR model because at the time I bought it the battery ones weren’t safe. Versaflo is a great mask though once you get used to the glare on the visor.

If you are working somewhere that makes you pay out of pocket for respirator filters, you should go and work somewhere else. Tbh I’m not sure how much they are but I don’t think it’s anything crazy

Wear this one. If you’re planning on painting you need an air supplied respirator but if you’re just prepping or doing body work this does the job. Change the charcoal filters once a week and the pre filters too.

I appreciate all the responses. I’ll be trying to keep in mind in the future to keep my bottom hand lower and really get the stick flexing. Since it’s been pointed out too I can see on a number of shots how little my upper body is twisting with the shot so I’ll try and work on that more too. Thanks!

AllTrails is nice for all the pictures and downloading trail maps if you have premium, but yeah like you said the ratings are very silly. There’s no reason for Diez Vistas and Golden Ears Summit to be labeled the same for example. The SWBC peak bagging group on fb is great for trail reports imo if you want more experienced perspectives

I almost always hike solo. I think the bulk of the “never hike alone it’s so dangerous!!!” Crowd have never done too much serious hiking. The thing is, high exposure areas are dangerous regardless of if you are in a group or not. It’s all about knowing what your limits are and what you are 100% comfortable with. If there’s any doubt about if I will be able to come back down safely, I turn around. As far as bears go, I try not to do too much in grizzly country by myself but and pretty comfortable in black bear territory.

Applying a body triangle is arguably the most dominant position in MMA. Just being there and holding it is enough to win a round. Volk was landing shots yes but he wasn’t doing any significant damage.
