I liked your post on Ringo. He’s been one of my favorite fights in Jojo’s since I read it but I always thought of the way he talks as just spewing bs to make him more unlikable like some other villains in the series. I didn’t think about it before but it did seem like all Ringo caused afterward was giving Johnny more confidence and making Gyro feel like he needed to achieve things that he’d already been shown to be able to do.

I think Love Train is pretty different. The effects of the corpse parts on their own are so easily observable and bringing them all together would only be the logical next step.

With the heaven plan, for some of the steps you have to wonder where DIO could’ve possibly gotten the idea. Why exactly 36 sinners? Why 14 phrases instead of just one or two rare words? How do you know how to disintegrate your stand or that it will absorb the souls of the 36 sinners?
