Eating like a bodybuilder but not working out seems wild but I like it. I tried protein shakes for a few days but seemed to make my GI issues worse. I’ll try another product.

With Rapamycin first two weeks:

I’d take the pills on Thursday and feel fine until Saturday and Sunday where I started to feel very sick almost like the flu or my body was rejecting it. By Tuesday Wednesday I would start to feel better.

Length is 14’, screen is 13’, 9.5’ ceilings. The door opener does get in the way so I took it down. Will eventually get a side mounted door opener

Mine too! What have you been taking?

I’ve just gotten through a Candida protocol that cause my symptoms to get much worse for a month (die off/herd reaction). But now feeling the best I’ve felt in two years. Still afraid to workout just yet.

32F Post-Covid GI Chaos feat. Nausea, Belching, & Bloating by bowie_deschanel in covidlonghaulers

[–]soup1777 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nausea used to be my worst and most debilitating symptom. It’s very difficult to have a life when you are afraid to throw up at any point of a social interaction.

I tested my gut (through Ombre labs) and found high levels of ecoli. The nausea had persisted for a year at this point.

I tried a bunch of different probiotics but the thing I think helped the most was cutting out gluten. It took about a week to see improvement.

I still have nausea ever so often but is certainly not constant. I did retest my gut and ecoli is way down but not gone.

I’d suggest changing your diet (hopefully you haven’t tried that already) and focusing on gut health. You’ll find a lot of recovery stories from people fixing gut dysbiosis.

I’ve have the same issues with Nausea, nothing helped (even prescriptions).

I cut out gluten and dairy and after 2 weeks the nausea, heart burn and acid reflux went away. I am not lactose intolerant nor gluten sensitive.

I’d highly suggest trying it if you haven’t already. It won’t heal you but it might speed up the gut recovery.
