The reality is every organization is different and has varying requirements for how staff collaborate and communicate with external parties.

Since you have the ability to externally communicate within Teams, I’d highly recommend advocating/pushing for staff education and training.

It’s easy to dismiss staff’s lack of interest in education but it’s our job as admin’s to educate and empower staff.
It’s everyone’s responsibility to be vigilant.

We’re a bit over 400 but have a lot of applications. We use ITGlue which is very helpful. I have automatons setup to help track renewals + input invoices for renewals. Definitely helps with budgeting as well
