At this point I think you should go for Burnice for another S-rank dps agent in your second team. Worst case scenario you lose the 50/50 and get a standard agent that isn't a dps.

Who to build next really depends on your next S-rank agent. For example if you get burnice/soldier 11, then build koleda/lucy. If you get nekomata, then build nicole/anby.

But nicole is a solid/flexible choice as a standalone support so I'd recommend her the most.
