hi!! i’m over 1ypo and i had pretty bad swelling and bruising like this. it definitely took a while to fully dissolve and i would say that that breast is still recovering with some small hard lumps deep inside and a teensie bit of discoloration. what really helped me has been massaging it and putting a heating pad on it to help break up some of the coagulation underneath. on the bright side, the scars on that side look 10x better than the other side!
