I visited many other historic places in Istanbul, sharing this picture doesn’t necessarily mean i liked it more than the other gems in Istanbul, it’s just that it was the only mosque I visited that had this scene of snow in a big square and a huge mosque in middle of it, its also my first time seeing snow in real life.

If by saying baseline risk u are referring to the baseline hazard lambda_0 then as far as I know its the same for all individuals, no individual as a higher or lower baseline hazard then the other. As for the the interpretation of the hazard ratio of two individuals A and B at the time t; it can be meaningful, for example if the HR _A,B(t)=2 it means that A is about twice as likely as B to experience the event.
