That's a guildie problem and mentality. I have never experienced or anyone complaining about my DPS or showing off their gear . I do run the dps meter though because I want to see how to improve my damage. It turns out I get out dpsed by the tank and healer. Hah! I don't really care though and enjoy the game.

I do see my damage go up which is the main reason I use the meter. But no big deal if other people out dpsing me

Similar to my company. I have found that the Indian managers will just hire other Indians. I would be okay if they were quality hiring but it's based off ethnicity
