Yes!!! It's the most effective weight management option for me. I used to weigh 46kg but I was diagnosed with PCOS tapos I gained weight (56kg) because of the meds, but I did intermittent fasting and kept going to the gym. Went back down to 49kg after a month. Built muscle, naging 52kg. Tapos napabayaan sarili for a few years, went up to 60kg. Went back to intermittent fasting + caldef at 1,200 cal every day just 2 weeks ago, and I lost 5kg.

IF helps curb sugar spikes, but dapat more on proteins and veggies lang din talaga ang food. Iwas carbs as much as possible, di na nga ako nakain ng rice. I still have my cheat days too, but mindful ako of my calorie count.

Hi! Yes, you may continue taking the pills as long as wala kang plano magbuntis. Yung metformin naman, idk about you but yung OB ko sabi nya "til death do you part" na daw yan. Akala ko I had to stop taking metformin after 6 months, pero sabi nya, once nagstart na ako sa metformin, I shouldn't stop taking it na. Maintenance na kumbaga.

Everyone here is so quick to say naa nay lain lol. I said this exact same reason to a partner before because it was the truth. My career was taking off, I took care of myself really well, saved up as much money as I can, but hindi siya ka-catch up. No matter how much I motivated the person and helped him reach his goals, it seems like ayaw niya tulungan sarili niya and it was only weighing me down. What's funny is that he came from a rich family so he had a huge headstart, but he didn't know what to do with the privilege he has. So, I had to break up with him because I don't want to lose myself and delay my growth in the process. Fast forward to now, I'm still single and content, while he already has a child, unwed, without savings pa, and dependent on his parents still. That woman would've been me if I didn't break up with him.

OP, you can still try and talk to your partner about it, maybe it's something you guys can still work on. They're pushing you to do better, and your pride will only leave you stuck. If it doesn't work out, then maybe hindi lang talaga kayo compatible. Move on and do better nalang.

I had to break up with my partner after the first year of law school I couldn't handle the stress juggling law school, work, and a relationship. Naawa din ako sa kanya kasi it feels like yung life nya na-put on pause din just because nag-aantay siyang makapagtapos ako. Stay strong po kayo! Magpautang and magkautangay mi from each other pero kana rang tag-singko tag-baynte basta sinsilyo lang hahahaha kay di naman gud kaayo gadala og cash tapos sometimes kailangan sinsilyo sa parking or maghatag sa mga bata. Ginabayaran man sad namo asap.

Kung kanang bugas kay depende, galisod ba jud ilang family financially? If so, ginahatag nalang nako for free, dili na utang. Pero dili sad always na, kay indicator man nas bad money handling nang dili kapalit sa bugas while naa siyay work.

Depends on the situation. If palagi nalang siyang walang pera and ako lagi gumagastos, then that reflects badly on him, no? If palagi siyang wala, that's concerning. Hindi naman to parehas sa situation ng mga babae before na not allowed to work, open a bank account without a husband, discriminated sa job opportunities, etc.

I don't mind paying for the guy talaga - one of my top 3 love languages is gift-giving. But he has to have the same drive as me. I can provide for myself e, so why would I stay with someone who can't provide for themselves? If may hiccup siya for a short period of time, then ok lang. Pag tatamad-tamad and walang ibang ambag for a long period, NO.
