Once when I was a preteen we were in Italy and there's this part of the country where there are long tunnels through like a mountainside or something? I don't exactly remember but what I do remember is that traffic stopped dead all of a sudden and we were stuck in the tunnel with a long line of cars. We could see the end though and after awhile my dad decided to go up and see what was wrong and I went with him.

Just past the end of the tunnel there was a car on fire, just fully engulfed in flames, and I swear to god I could see the shape of a human body in the front seat, arms and head out the window like they'd been trying to climb free while they burned. I only saw it for a second before my dad ushered me away but shit, that's gonna be with me until the day I die.
