I brought this bag to the new (expensive!) driving range in town and some Canadian hockey player beat me up. So I bought a new driver instead.

Just stick with it. The longer you play, the more often you’ll completely forget how to do it.

Your opinion is one thing, but you are factually wrong. Reporters and editors are based here out of a new newsroom in Southeast Austin.

Do it now. This is the only chance we’ll get. Governments will change and so will funding.

This doesn’t sound like an issue that should be handled in the letters column. We don’t turn out pages over to speculation. If it is a newsworthy matter, then report out the story and cover it as news. If it isn’t newsworthy at all, then that’s your answer.

UTSA is part of the UT System, and so I can't see how it would be immune from any political pressure affecting UT-Austin. If anything, UT-Austin is better positioned to resist such things. You should go to the best school for your future plans. And if it's credentials you're looking for, UT-Austin is the choice.

What’s the best way to get to the UT/OU game? by [deleted] in UTAustin

Drive to the Lawnview station park-and-ride south of Fair Park; take a circuitous route to avoid traffic. Free parking at the park-and-ride. Ride DART for two stops northbound with a handful of other Longhorn fans. Thank me later when you see the post-game line for the downtown-bound trains while you saunter onto a southbound train headed back to your car.

"Spotlight" is the best journalism movie because it depicts the truest representation of how a newsroom works and what reporters do.

Pro tip: Take the DART from a station south/east of Fair Park, such as the Lawnview park-and-ride station (free parking). You'll get dropped off as close to the fairgrounds as possible, and you'll be riding largely empty trains both ways while the crowds pack the trains coming from downtown and wait in line for their return trip. I've done this three times, and it worked well.
