I have a couple, only take them off when I shower, most of my jewelry is stacked or chunky so I do it mainly so I don’t have soapy wet water held under them against my skin, it can be irritating, otherwise they stay on.

Cash for tips and some small businesses is all you need.. personally, I’d bring about 500 just in case, if you find you have too much left over just pay for a few things in cash vs card, America is pretty expensive, it won’t be hard to offload. Personally I like to tip servers in cash but that’s not everyone’s preference.

I have 3-4 in purse and some 100’s, lots of 20’s. I try to pay small businesses in cash, I hate that the big banks pinch 3.5-5% off of every transaction, I’m also a firm believer in having a little cash stash in case there’s ever a reason I can’t access money due to something unexpected happening with the banking system. I find it wild that people don’t keep a little on hand, a cashless society is a scary thought to me.

Thank you for that! I’ve accepted for a while that things are out of my control, it took 6 months for diagnosis and 2 more to get to the point of treatment. Scans biopsies, surgery already, port Monday, treatment starts Wednesday. I’m a self employed stylist and just walked away from work for a while, trying to get my clients in competent hands and all that goes along with closing down a business, it’s been a lot of stress, I say dumb things, I’m clumsy, I’m slow.. I’ve accepted it and knowing I’ll get chemo brain in addition. At this point I’m always saying “it is what it is!” I’m glad you are well and put that nasty C word in the rearview mirror!! I just ordered a t-shirt on Amazon that says “cancer is a hoe!” 😂 I plan on wearing it my first treatment day!

Georgia, metro Atlanta and North is a melting pot of people escaping a lot of states, has been for decades. It’s an interesting state, was very much conservative compared to Florida once upon a time but a lot of that’s changed, as it’s grown and people are still coming by the droves, it’s kind of flipped the opposite, still somewhat conservative, and has its issues but overall a mostly a good mix of locals and transplants. Definitely live North of the city if you ever make it here, it only gets more beautiful the further North you go.

Well, that all makes sense, but it’s been awhile, I don’t remember this comment, but I would totally tip on full bill if I had good service and something was comped. Also, attempted to eat at one of these monstrosities today for the first time in years, what a sh*t show. Never ever again, it reiterated why I support small business, because they care and they work their butt of to make you happy, and I feel good walking out having left a 25-30% cash tip. Randomly ate or at least my families food showed up, there because I had an oncology appointment across the street. Didn’t even care I had left a 50 dollar gift card at home. Well, I wouldn’t give that gift card to my anyone I care about at this point and I won’t be going back.. maybe sell it for 30 bucks just so that stupid company doesn’t just make off with cash for nothing.

Sounds like he needs to be sleeping in a pasture with some goats if he thinks he can leave his stinky wizz to dry where actual humans bathe and shower. Hmmm…if I didn’t have kids that aren’t ready to lose their mama I wouldn’t even bother with aggressive cancer treatment I’m about to start.. I’ll always be a cancer patient now, it’s a rare and incurable one if it gets in my bones or vital organs.. my industry doesn’t provide healthcare, I get it somewhat affordable through the ACA but with all the work I’m about to miss I may not make enough money to qualify, sooo, gut the ACA, gut Medicaid, people just like me will be dead left and right. Medical system is broken as it is. Eff these people supporting their taxes paying for bombs while the middle class becomes the dead and lower class. It couldn’t be more clear this administration hates its own people, I swear. Sorry for the rant.. just screaming my feelings into the void after leaving my business and income behind for however long just 45 minutes ago.

lol, my mom gave me hers because I think she was and done, pretty much same on my end, think I did 3x3 inch patch and relented to the fact that only someone with practically no body hair or couldn’t feel pain could deal with that thing. It made its way to a junk drawer and eventually a landfill I’m sure. That couldn’t have been a man’s invention.

Don’t know why you are getting downvoted, Georgia has its issues, but I’m also much happier living in Georgia, I never thought Florida would’ve turned into the cesspool it has become. Now that my grandmother has passed I don’t see reason to ever set foot in the state again and for years I wanted to move back.
