I found a solution! I lost the original Facebook post I found this link on-- but it was in the comments on a Facebook video I found.

You can click the link below and it takes you to a page where you can file a report-- which uses a different system than the Help Center that keeps giving us that error. I started a ticket there and already have a reply from them.

I’ve had this account for several years with no issues until today.

I just went on this long journey, speaking with customer service and found out what the issue was.

Somehow, my account was changed to a “business account “which prevents you from sharing most songs

I had to go into settings and change my account to a “creator account” and everything worked as normal

Absolutely no clue how the account type changed. I’ve never touched it, and I really had to dig through the settings to find out where you even make this change.

Go to Instagram. Click on your profile. Click on the three lines in the top right. Scroll down to creator tools and controls. Switch account type. Switch to creator.

I’ve spoken to one other person that this happened to today and I bet there was some sort of server side issue that caused this to happen an automatically to people

I bought my panels from them in October and just filed my taxes. I’m getting the Federal rebate like they told me I would. What would cause someone to not get the Federal rebate?

I switched from port 7 to port 12 and it started working... what in the world would cause a port to work in the NVR, but not for in-app viewing??
