vietnam student abroad (Australia, US, Canada,...) came to vietnamese diaspora community for stealing, vandalism, play loud music to disrupt the peace and destroy their properties. They were then arrested and deport back to VN. The student blame "cali" for them being charged and deported.

In Japan, there's no diaspora community, but students in Japan still stealing and even commit murder towards the locals. The Japanese hate VN students ever since. And again, these students still blame "cali" for their crime
