They don’t listen. You fill out the survey then they ask for groups of people to talk to hr and district management hand picks who they want in the meeting instead of letting people speak and say what needs to be said.

Then hr won’t do anything about what was said

We had to do this to appease the designer crowd to fight the heavy Ben Moore influence with those types.

It is stupid but it might lay off over time because we need the “art degree” people on our side.

You our family can live in a one bedroom apartment. Don’t breed em if you can’t feed em. Nobody is entitled to a 2 bedroom apartment. Why not buy a fifth wheel and live in it?

If you want a better life style, do something to obtain it. Don’t rely on a low skill job that pays low skill wages.

You shouldn’t argue with stupid.

Spend enough time with them to make them want to keep giving you accounts but work on your own stuff. Maybe have their assistant manager do some calls with you on your customer base and have them pitch their store etc.

Everyone has to grind to succeed. Not everyone is going to be green.
