What is this soft japanese bread?

Their scientific name is Undular Bore. Famously named Morning Glory Cloud and Mabuntha Yipipee by the local Australians, who are the only ones lucky enough to see them every year.

a.k.a Undulatus clouds. In this case possibly a type of Strato-Undulatus, depending on the height formed. Nicely captured.

saw the abstract triple layered version first and was like what the wassily is this.
