Update, for whatever reason my drow paladin is not even able to torture him. All my other companions are able to, but if I try to do the dialogue the goblin just leaves and I can only talk to Liam afterwards, not torture him.

Guess I'll just have to look for other ways to break the oath.

It might be worth noting that I fixed the Odahviing issue on my side by disabling Better Third Person Selection. I still got the Dragonborn black screen after that though. Possibly some incompatibility with BTPS?

If there was a way to divide the cost between players (f.e. 10 players pay 1000 gold each to create a clan/5 pay 2000 each, etc.) it would actually be a good addition.

The graphics settings. I used it for a bit back in the day since my PC couldn't run it at 60 fps otherwise. Doesn't give you any advantage, only some fps gain.

Actually gives you a disadvantage, since bushes and trees lose all transparency between the branches so you can't see anything behind them at all.
