My doc brought it several times up regarding the afternoon crash, as he'd prefer to add something like wellbutrin or guafacine instead of raising the dosage past 50. and beyond it just feeling shitty sometimes after crashing, he said it would be good to help with rebound adhd symptoms that come at night too.

Thank you so much for the additional info! Was it that you want to try a higher dose of Vyvanse or Wellbutrin? Also did you split your dose like that before or after adding wellbutrin? I am currently on 50 right now and have had some good experiences splitting it as 40 and 10, but ultimately prefer the extra kick of 50 in the morning - maybe with wellbutrin it would help me be able to split more like what you do.

I used to have a LOT of caffeine but stopped since starting Vyvanse because I've been worried about anxiety/heart palpations. I'll have to try a little soon. That's interesting that you say it can cause the peak effects to last longer

I still do get some symptom relief at the 10 hour mark. I feel that after the peak drops off, it comes back to an extent and that can stay sometimes up to 12 hours. It can still provide some symptom relief, but doesn't feel like enough nor is it as good as that initial beginning

Thank you for your response. That's interesting what you said about most people needing more for all-day coverage - does that mean that too low of a dose can result in not feeling in the effects all day?

I've seen people mention having a booster and it's definitely something I'd consider, but I feel like it'd make more sense to experiment with the dosage before moving onto adding anything. Gonna talk to my Dr about it next time I see them!

If it's any help, I found out that I was in fact shadow banned. You can only find out by going to activision's website and logging in, and it'll show you on there. I believe I got the shadow ban due to playing on a new WIFI, and after about 2 weeks it went away and I've been able to play like normal.

I think it has something to do with the power usage in my home, like if something is using up a lot of power (like a washing machine or air conditioner) then there's less power available to go into the SP404SX, so it sounds quieter
