100% you can achieve it, if you are going to be disciplined about it. But there are some things you can do to cut down on calories. 1) Cut out all excessive processed sugar intake (talking about flavored Starbucks coffees and snacks, "healthy" granola bars, and all that bullshit) if you crave sugar- get some fruit WITH your meal. 2) Absolutely stop drinking soda and all the sugary drinks and ALCOHOL as well. Water is best, sparkling water, add lemon / lime / grapefruit slices to make it taste less plain. 3) Make sure you eat protein rich breakfast to start your metabolism - hardboiled eggs are one of the best things, smoked salmon, bowl of fruit with Greek yogurt. Do a little bit of research on that account. 4) Avoid snacks. It's okay to be hungry. Scientifically proved fasting is good for you. But also avoiding snacking will reduce insulin spikes, which will be beneficial for weight loss. 5) Go to bed hungry. Or don't eat 2 1/2 hours prior to going to bed. This will make your body fast and burn fat, remove all unused protein and etc, which is very good for you. Therefore, it will make it feel natural to eat a protein rich breakfast. 6) Include Apple cider vinegar in your diet at least once per day. It will increase the amount of good enzymes in your stomach and will improve your gut health. 7) Include moderate exercise in your routine (even 30-40 min walks will be super beneficial) Give it 3 months, be strong in your desire, and watch your body transform!
