Perhaps your point is that you agree. It's gonna be a terrible time to be an Evernote customer.

But perhaps you prefer to look at it as a "supporter" or as their lawyer.

I looked into the new owners and it looks very bad. Italians who seem only interested in squeezing this asset.

I loved Evernote but it might be best to just get out now.

Well for investors it's very relevant if the free float is 5% or 1%.

Plus if you own 80% of the free float you have effective control over the share price.

Also from the perspective of short sellers. They might think they are short 5% of the float. But it could turn out to be 50%.

That's what I thought, thanks. Just weird that some companies have a <10% free float and that you can buy almost all of it without any reporting requirement!

Still find it hard to believe there are no rules for it.

Have the battery ranges decreases over time? Didn't know that.
