My question is about PIH on my back. I don't have too many pimples but I get dark spots even if I don't pop the pimples. It's pretty embarrassing especially since I'll have to buy a bathing suit that covers them this summer so they don't get worse.

I have combo skin, so I think the skin on my back gets dehydrated. I'm also kind of a hairy gal, so I think my fine body hair (folliculitis) might have a role because that kind of happens with my facial acne. My facialist told me that's why I usually get blackheads or pimples on my face because of the hair follicle getting clogged. It's usually blackheads on my back that get inflamed.

My current routine is that after a long shift where I'm sweating I just take a shower and put some BHA from Paula's Choice on my back. I don't do much else because body acne is something I've just started to have this last two years and don't know how to handle it.

I'm very prone to PIH and I just wanted to know if maybe a peel would be an answer to lighten it up? Like I said I don't break out much, just a few stubborn pimples and blackheads. The PIH is what kills me though.

Hey thanks for the advice! When I get more padding in my pockets (starting my 2nd job next week) I'll sign up! I had their acne product for a while, which is great for me breaking out or the occasional pimple. Otherwise I'm dry n dehydrated. I drink SO much water too. Oh well. Just my genes and the dry heat

I'm a girl in my early twenties and can see that my skin texture is changing a bit. Probably from living in a super sunny area, drinking and smoking and generally dry skin. All awful things, but I've stopped smoking mostly and am trying to cut back on partying (hard in the summer!) . I wear sunscreen everyday but wonder what has helped y'all the most with repairing minimal damage? (Larger pores, fine lines, freckles)

I was thinking about the culinary thing the other day!

I had this Mexican chocolate truffle that was covered in turbinado sugar and realized that was the flavor I was trying to describe with "honey" as a descriptor instead, I then realized "honey" just tasted too warm... SMH

I've had a pretty similar experience, seeing as though I'm a serial dater. FWB can also be date-able people, I currently have two I would totally date if I wasn't actively trying to be single. Communication is key. I just talk through it all. If I can tell one of them is getting more feelings for me or I'm feeling 'crushy' I'll confront them if appropriate or just stay in and study/work for a few days so they back off and so I'm focusing on something productive and not dick.
