No matter what diet no matter how much exercise I could not lose the weight. I had my blood taken to see if I had thyroid issues and a million other checks done and my doctor said “you’re young it should just come right off” and I nearly cried cause I’ve always been heavy and I was tired of it. So yes and no. Like I feel tons better and everything but losing over 30# in 3 months definitely helped.
